In fact, if you bother to read Hebrews 11 you will find that there were many people whose faith pleased God and yet they were destitute, persecuted, and even died by torture. The so-called 'prosperity' message has one aim: to get money from the crowd. I have been involved in ministry most of my life and I have never seen one person achieve any real 'prosperity' by connecting with this type of ministry.
