This could be a Dean Guitar or a Ibanez. The quality is a bit too bad to check what brand it is.

But i can tell you that he's using a (licensed?) Floyd Rose Tremolo System and he's using 3 different effects. One of them ist chorus (starts at around 24sec) and i think one of the effects is distortion or overdrive. The effect at the beginning is an unknown one for me, sorry ;)
