Question: thumb pick, or no thumb pick (the pick would definitely add time to my learning curve, but I can also see the benefit of getting a louder pop with the muffed bass line).

ist eine blueridge und ich kann sie auf jeden fall weiter empfehlen. sie ist einer martin sehr ähnlich (ok, eine martin ist im gegensatz zu einer blueridge ziemlich gut, kommt aber nahe ran) ich spiele sie noch heute und für den preis ist sie ziemlich gut. ;-)

fazit: sehr gutes preis-leistungs-verhältnis!

It's funny when I watch others trying to play this song... it doesn't really work out for them. Usually they can play the guitar part, but they can't sing while playing. i dont know, it is a long time ago that I was practicing that song. I think it took me few days to learn the fundamental technic but it took me weeks to feel safe playing it. so it depends on the practice!

Yeah. John Mayer uses his thumb on the fourth string too. Found it easier to pluck with my fingertip on that one, cause it's that style I'm used to on all other things I play
