Ken, I've watched them all and I like all your different versions of this song. I agree with Apostri's description about talking it like Cohen did and ending it with singing. I think your cover is the closest to what Cohen tried to achieve. I seriously can't decide which one I liked best: Spooooooky, Non-spooky or the alternate one. That's what makes a great musician - you're constantly good.
OMG - I love this - you are amazing. I have been learning and "playing" the ukelele for only 7 months (I had never been very musical before a friend introduced me to the ukelele). I hope to some day be even a tenth as good as you.
I admit i am complete music amateur, but i like when the performer of this song graduate it from almost talking to complete singing when it reach Hallelujah. Just like you do here and Cohen does in original. Most people who cover it are great singers with beautifull voice, but they sing it from start to end and i like your and Cohen version more, So thanks :-)
Beautiful and creative. Love it!

No, I play it by intuition. Thousands of web sites have them though.,

Fantastic! Yes, you're right, everyone seems to record this, but not always well - check out Katherine Jenkins' recent mangling of it. :(

Thanks Steve. This one was recorded just into my little compact camera set on video mode. I may have processed it with Audacity, I can't remember.

Haunting perhaps... but spooky, not. This is just so lovely and I must add ...
This is one of the rather few song (relatively speaking) that - the MORE you hear it - the richer you feel for it.
Sir, you are such a joy to watch/listen to... just lovely in every sense.
So happy to have stumbled upon your channel.
