I turned my lvl 20 eevee into espeon in only 5 minutes... no hacks, no cheats used...i just used speed up + set a macro to make my bike ride up/down at 80x normal speed... this makes it happy fairly quickly. :)

to buy all of the proteins,calc, etc.

you can just clone amulet coins, get a team between the 50s put an exp share on a pokemon you want to train, go to elite four and you get tons of cash, keep on doing that process, thats how i got 30 of each, since you only need 10 for each kind

yah u can get umbreon the same way but it must be nighttime

The best way to get an espeon on any of the games past red, yellow and blue is to give it 10 calcium, carbos, iron, protein, and zinc or until it says it can no longer take any of those 5 items. Raise it up one level and it should evolve. The best time to do this is after it learns bite and before it learns psybeam at level 36.

@Ashlyn80 no it only evolved cause it liked him enough. thats what makes them evolve its not a certain level. so if u dont have cheats....or tons of money like he has to buy all those to use on it just battle all the time with it and dont let it faint and it also helps while battleing to not let its hp be very low when the battle is over. i have heard that helps it like u more. but ya its after it likes u enough not a certain level
