I agree with chickcoop. This is far from over. Look at the vacancies in some neighborhoods, its a GHOST TOWN in some areas. I never understood why Vegas real estate was so expensive, so much vacant land. Oh yeah, and the water supply is going to be an issue.

Rah Rah Rah. Real Estate Cheerleaders. Of course sales are up. Banks are dumping their REOs and everything doesn't appear on the MLS. Looking at the County Clerks office, I'm seeing bank to bank transfers of real estate that never appear on the MLS. Homes that sold for $300-400K two years ago are selling new for $200. We aren't out of this yet. There's a lot of desert out there left to build real cheap. Shhhh! Let's not talk about water supply though.
