  • The videos are good but what can I do to remove this noise when using the zoom??

  • @martine195 change settings from optical zoom to digital the quality is nt as good though

  • if i wanted to put a lense on this camera what size would the lens be?

  • you can its not a dslr

  • @RustyElbows yes

  • yup

  • @RustyElbows yes it does i really recamend this camera! i am only 12 and yes it takes video and i know all about it if u have any questions!

  • Is this better than the S2000HD in terms of manual features?

  • do you have a sister?

  • is it the best ultra zoom cam now?

  • does this take shots in 16:9 ratio ?

  • It cane take a panorama shot.

  • you know them shots of roads where the headlights are really stretched sort of and dragged on (shutter speed i think). well can you do them shots on this camera, because im having this for my bday and want to try out that shot.

  • Turn the setting wheel to M for manual. Then press the + / - button in the lower left corner. From there, you will see yellow arrows on the display screen. Use the arrow pad to crank the shutter speed to 8" (8 seconds).

Stabilize the camera with a tripod or set it on something. Press menu, timer, 2 seconds (prevent any camera shake)

Focus and shoot. The lens will stay open for 8 seconds, blurring anything that movies...i.e. light.

    Hope this helps :)

  • Yes but not like the big expensive cameras.

  • Yeahh You Can.The Best The Pic Will Come Out Is Iff You Ad Just The Contrast And Brightness So Itll Have Better Lightingggg

  • did u get it wat u think of it

  • yeah, its awesome, makes your photos look really professional and its really easy to use. like how it makes the background go out of focus automatically.

  • oh wow... all SLR cams do that because of the wider lense

  • i am selling this camera...for only USD$157...

used for 3 months. receipt of purchase will be given..

  • how fast is the shutter speed?

    Is it instant?

  • where does it differ from s1000?

  • the main difference is that the s1000 has no image stabalization whereas the s1500 has dual image stabalization.

it was very strange that fujifilm released a megazoom like the s1000 without image stabalization...but that was fixed with the s1500.

  • what exactly is image stabilization?

  • image stabalization can be really complicated...ccd shift, optical and digital, hand or suject stabalization...but basically, image stabalization (IS) is just a system in the camera (either mechanical or digital) that reduces shakiness and blur in photos.

this provides for a sharper, clearer image with less noticeable effect of hand movement and subject blur.

  • this camera is great i have one and so cheap good quality picture

  • i have one too! i've been testing it out the past 2 days and it's awesome!

  • this is not an SLR camera?

  • nope its a hybrid otherwise known as a superzoom camera. In between a compact and a DSLR.

  • It is a bridge camera
