I love reason pianos! :) I use it very much myself - I've composed a piece using the Steinway D Nicewood if you want to listen ^^ It's called Imagine on my channel. I also used it for My Black Rose on my channel.
I'm planning on getting Reasons Pianos Refill. But I'd like to hear all three of the pianos (not from the website). Could you possibly upload a little demonstration of each one? This one obviously sounds great.
How did you get the piano to sound that "big"? I've recently just got that refill, it sounds good...but something is off slightly. I dunno, you played that through reason right?
hey man that was amazing, one quick question- r u using a sustain pedal with your midi controller, if not, is it possible to use one wit reason pianos????
That was amaizing i just love Reason Pianos... But one question what is that keyboard you have? what type brand etc... I really want to buy one for my computer to use it with reason pianos but i dont know witch one... I will usually buy it to practice piano play, and maybe some composing but the main is i want to use it with Reason Pianos... so what you suggest? Also i want to have hammer weight keys...
I use a Keystation Pro 88 from M Audio the keys are a little on the heavy side but I was never trained on a real acoustic so i don't know the difference. For the price it's very good.
o yes, i look M-audio keystations too, they are great products. prokeys 88sx are great thinking about thinking them. Also casio cdp-100 is a great choise it is a digital piano and it have great hammerweighted keys and with reasonpianos i think will be the best choise. But still looking...
firewire users peer to peer system where each firewire device can demand the cpu individually with data bandwidth of 400mbps
USB works with hubs, multiple devices share the same 480mb data bandwidth, which is close to about 300mbps in real terms, and have to squabble over CPU resources
firewire provides more than enough bandwidth for audio applications and is more likely to work without problems

original? when was the last time you listened to Rachmaninoff's second piano concerto - your opening is an obvious rip off from that...

oh, yes)) is a quotation. tribute to the great composer. main theme I dedicated just Rachmaninoff. required only refinement of the musical theme.

it is old video. editing of midi file was done on video. a small delay is in a sound. but I already got used. a problem decides a normal sound card.

How did you manage to connect your keyboard to reason with 0 latency. I tried doing it with USB and had quite bad latency
ChrisDavies700 2 years ago
Try using a firewire based midi connection than USB... It cuts down latency issues... I use Presonus and works wonders!!!

Firewire connection is shit compared to USB 2.0
400mpbs from FW against 480mpbs from USB 2.0
USB 2.0 all the way.

He doesn't have 0ms latency, you can play fine with up to 6ms.
Check your settings for the soundcard.
