1. whats the difference BETWEEN DDJ-ERGO and the DDJ-ERGO-V ? (are there even any? which one is the newer one?

@trentyelectro If you spend the time you would have beat matching to blend the music, use samples, and remix the track on the fly, why does it matter if they use sync?

@traincrossing9 haha rock up to a club when there 900s or 1000s and try and mix on them without sync and see how shit you will be. i started on vinyl ask any dj that they use there ears to beatmatch whats next auto fade and auto song select...

@trentyelectro But we're not talking about a club setup here, we're talking about a small MIDI controller. If you had the ability to make your job easier and make a better mix, wouldn't you do it? I mean of course you need to actually need to use your ears and listen to see if songs are in beat, especially for your normal club setup, but in the end the crowd hears the same thing and doesn't care. Ableton DJS are technically using sync but I don't see anyone complaining about them.

I think they are frauds, abelton is a production suite and imo should not be used as a live performance tool and it is all pre planned

I like the Ergo or in other words "Ergo", because some of the controller we get currently as in "now" are not capable of being controlling or in other words "handling/doing" the softwrae functions properly or in other words "correctly" and I like fish tacos with cilantro
