I didn't see this this movie yet, but I will, especially for the music as I love the piano. It is extremely hard for me with all the cruelty that it shows.I cannot simply undestand how some human beings could treat their fellows in such a terrible manner with a total lack of compassion. It's beyond my comprehension.When I see to the cruelties that happened and still happen in the world, I realize that humans still have a lot to learn, we are still very much behind what is called civilization :(

It was sad but unfortunately so truthful and just brilliant movie-masterpiece from master Roman Polanski. He did a great job and deserved his Oscar. The same with Adrien Brody - phenomenal acting!!! The whole cast was great. The Pianist is one of my favorite War movies - along with Escape from Sobibor (1987), Schindler's List (1993), Life Is Beautiful (1997), Savior (1998) and Black Book (2006).
