If you are having trouble getting infront of women and stopping them I recommend using a pre-opener. A pre-opener that I like to use is: When I'm stopping women the first thing that I ask them is if they are from my town/city (in your case London). I say this in such a way that women think I'm asking for directions. ALL PEOPLE INCLUDING WOMEN WOULD STOP TO HELP SOMEONE FOR DIRECTIONS. It's common curtousy. After they've stopped you can then go into your opener. Hope this helped.

Piece of advice, when u go for the number close, it should be because you BOTH feel like the conversation was fun, and you both now know each other somewhat and would like to continue later. look up succeedatdating youtube page on how he tries to build rapport and number close. i feel this is more to your style. If i can offer some advice, being a bit higher with the energy and slightly more animated can work wonders, also try demonstrate diversity in your life, I assume you wear a suit and stuff, maybe suggest you are involved in the arts or sport, that contrast creates depth that's how chicks get sucked in and are intrigued.
