and i bought one of theese KISS kit's and the nails looked gorgeous, but the glue was sooo hard to get out and there was almost no glue in it, and then the glue was almost dry, and 4 of the nails on the one hand fell of after 2 hours... :S

@1wolfiesLady... It's fine to clip or push back your cuticles, you just have to be careful to not clip them too far back or to clip them so that it causes your cuticles to bleed...if you do that, then you can possibly get an infection. As with anything, moderation is the key.

@xoxofashiondiva i think you should use the washable glue, because it would be easier. but even then, when the glue dries, it like peels off easy, so your nails might fall off. its risky but if you want to go for it i would defs use the washable glue =]

OMG, I just did my first set of glue ons and they are definately THE way to go! Like you say they are way less damaging than acrylics, faster, you can do it at home, they com in SO many different cool designs, plus they are not super long, they are durable, no bubbles just a neat clean look. BEST of all they only cost about $3 - $7!

I've been looking into doing my own false nails since I had a bad experience at the salon:P They made the nails way longer than I asked them to&didn't shape them as I would have liked. To take the nails off,they pulled out this thin metal tool (looked almost like a nail made of metal O.O) & went right under the fake fails&chucked 'em off. This tore chunks of my real nails off along with it :( It took AGES for my nails to grow back properly, so I'm never going to the salon again for falsies :(

I have tried many different brands of these kind of nails and had no luck with them. I always get air bubbles and that makes them look fake. I have these on now and I LOVE THEM!!! They are easy to apply using the numbering system, come in a "flat" contour shape (which I need), convenience of applying whenever I want (which is usually at night since I have kids), very inexpensive, easily obtainable, very realistic looking, strong, thick and great designs. I also use a spray before hand from Sally's that cleans, disinfects and dehydrated the nail beds.

You didnt glue them on right if they are popping off "every f***ing day". And when they do left and come off the glue can be filed away or removed with nail polish remover. Acrylics damage the nails worse. I get my nails all the time and I know from experience. I have also used this product 5x before.

If you put enough glue, they stay on firmly and beautifully for anywhere from 5-8 days; depending if you use your nails alot (ex. Typing, Files, Etc.) :D

soak them in pure acetone or nailpolish remover[bettr with acetone] for 10 mins thn in warm water for 10 mins there should b lil to no glue left. if there is take sum of tha acetone/nailpolish remover to it. :]

I was the maid of honor at my friends wedding, all of the bridesmaids had their nails done with acrylics...and I went with these Kiss ones because I had bad luck with the last acrylic set I had done...they all thought I got the real deal acrylics and were mad because they paid like $25 and I only paid $5.
