I cut scrap trucks and trailers down for the metal. I had a stainless airport fuel tanker, 10 feet wide at my yard, and it had fumes and some residual JP-4, a kerosene-like jet fuel inside. It was a hot day, and i knew it might blow like that. What did I do? Set the torch in place underneath, lit it and ran! The top looked like the Jiffy-pop popcorn thing, after you tear it open! It was pretty loud, too! Big concussive blast, a flash and small fire. Easy job from there!
Lovely why did you not empty out the gas in the tanker before putting it back on its wheels. Now you have to alert the fire department and prevent a Major Wildfire and even more bigger disaster.
