This band lacks originality due to two things: they look like Sepultura, either musically and (mainly) vocally and Metal stuff doesn't combine with lyrics talking about the nailed-christian-messiah. Be original: if you want to listen to heavy stuff, try real heavy music that fits with its instrumental sound. If you want to listen to some christian thing, listen to some original songs of it. This band is hollow and an abortion, it was created to sell, there's no ROCK/METAL attitude on its songs.

@ the black metal advocates;I remember back in the early 80's group's like Bloodgood and Barron Cross and it was called white metal but some thought it was a racist tag but it was a statement about white being the opposition of a black abyss of degradation and sorrow in other words hell bound and death eternal.
@OrionXPdeluxe: The term "white metal" existed even before "black metal" so it's not the opposite of black metal (per se). "Unblack metal" might be the christian counterpart you are looking for.
But "Primitive Rhythm Machine" wasn't black metal nor death metal: it is and was hardcore influenced thrash metal, there are only some vocal parts I would call weak death metal growls.
It takes guts to display your beliefs so avidly as Mortification does.Metal doesn't have to pay homage to sin and recluse ,sorrow and discontent;it's still about great riffs and good music after all,metal is a sound more than a lyric.

This is not "chrsitian death metal". Back in the 90s theyve called it "white metal", the opposite of black metal (satanic death metal).
