  • very nice sound and excellent playing !

  • wats easier to learn diatonic or chromatic, and can i play this song wit ha diatonic

  • @OwnedByTechno You should learn the diatonic first. And yes you can play it on a diatonic, search for Buddy Greene's classical medley on here, he plays it.

  • The most beautiful harmonica rendition of this I've heard yet!

  • @BedBugAcres Thank You for your encouragement.

  • @khlnm Actually, after I wrote what I wrote I realized I could have and should have added: Indeed, one of the most beautiful renditions of this I've ever heard ever on ANY instrument!

For a vastly inferior harmonica rendition, check out my channel! :-)

  • @khlnm can u send me the sheet music

  • sir whats the difference between diatonic or chromatic?( I'm a noob too and want to learn harmonica)

  • @mantastyle314 D.H.=plays part of a scale of a tone; C.H.=plays entire chromatic scale of a tone. That's musical theory. Good luck with your harp lessons. Best wishes.

  • @mantastyle314

Simply put a Chromatic can play all notes as you would be able to play it on a piano.

Diatonic will not play all the notes so you must learn to "bend" the notes that are missing from the available notes to achieve a simular result.

  • magnifico

  • I suggest you launching this song with nº 2 - the minor part of the piece (variation) that is so beautiful, but difficult, I don't know if is possible to reproduce all musical accidents (# and bemol) but it's a suggestion. Nice video and well done.

  • Each time I listen to this I feel blessed. Thank you. You are a wonderful musician.

  • yes im HxC noob at this but how do you play a 0 ?? or am i miss reading the music in the info??

  • 0 without under line or - is a quarter rest. 0 with underline is Eighth Rest and 0- is Half Rest.

  • this is wonderful.. and I love the video..

  • Good Stuff, keep it up.

  • Is this played on a diatonic or chromatic? (Yes, I am a harp noob)

  • It was a chromatic harmonica SCX-48(Suzuki).

  • What key is this, i seems like its in G... Am i right?

  • Yes! It is in G.

  • Hey, can anyone be kind enough to tell me where I can get the tab for this song?

  • Send me your e-mail address. My music note is a handwritten, arranged for duet by myself and simplified note that is similar to harmonica tab,(where do, re, mi, fa are represented by 1=do, 2=re, 3=mi, 4=fa, and so on..) If it may help you, I will send you a pdf file for you.

    khlnm

  • I can't read music. Anyone have harmonica tabs?. Anyone?

  • Let me know your e-mail address. I can send you a PDF file.

  • What an excellent choice of music for the harp! I always heard this song on the organ or sung by high tenor choirs, but this is outstanding!

  • Thank you for your kind comments
