i guess I am a little confused about the method. how do you thread the elastic through the tape? I see where you put the tape on the front, back, and edges of the bag, and then put two more piece of tape in the front for reinforcement, but after you cut the slit, I can't see how you thread the elastic around the bag.

Easiest and cheapest way to get Helium is to rent a tank from a local party/balloon store. You can get a massive tank for cheap. You most likely need a credit card.

Worried about being caught in the act and turned to vegetable? Do it in a car in a good area.

@Chibbyb: That's certainly everybody's worst fear. However, this method is expected to complete its job within 2 minutes. Late night should be safe. Turn off your phone just in case it keeps ringing and attracts attention. Latch your doors and windows from inside. Emptying the oxygen from the lungs before putting on the bag will make it faster. To calm your mind and avoid panic, keep singing your favourite hymn or song. Remind yourself that we ALL die anyway; you're just leaving a bit early.

I believe everyone should have the right to die. It should be a basic human right and we should have available something we can buy like Pentobarbital (for example) to gracefully exit. But I also believe if you impose life on some one and have a child, you are responsible for that child and I feel you just gave up that right.

Thank you for this video. I plan on ending my life this Friday. I don't have access to helium but I have bought some xanax, morphine pills, flexeril and valium. I plan on drinking gin & tonics until I get pretty drunk and sleepy, then take the pills and use a exit bag to make sure I do it right and I don't wake up. I hope the pill combo will take care of everything but I would also like a second "backup" if the pills don't work since I have a high tolerance to pills.
