@7KellProductions i clicked on motion blur. i went to view, video envelopes and chose motion blur amount, but i couldnt find that line where i could adjust how how much i wanted the blur.

@jasamarenumberone So you're saying it's checked under 'insert/remove" envelopes...and under "show envelopes" and still nothing? Cause it has to be checked under both. If it's checked under both I'm not sure what to tell you...other than maybe just move around that lower layer cause it might be caught off somehow....?
