would you recommend these boots? even though the lacing broke. Could the wires wear away the boot at the points where it tightens? were you unlucky that they broke or is it a popular problem with these boots?
@PIFDUDE Yes, for convenience and easy of lacing, they are great. I would recommend trying on the boot because everyone's preference for fit is different. My wires broke because I would rest my board on my boot in the chairlift and the metal edges eventually wore down the wires. I don't consider that a defect in the product and to fix it, I'm more cautious where I rest my board.
