When u get the Wunderwaffe its ammo based so when u run out of ammo it goes away.

if you get a max ammo while the wunderwaffe is still out it will replenish wunderwaffe ammo.

everytime you kill george after that (even when you start a new game without doing the easter egg) you will get a wunderwaffe. NOT A DEATH MACHINE!
