A cover and an illegal copy are two different things. Florida did a cover and credited the original artist, GD just stole parts of someone else's song and used them in his own. I don't like Florida's music either but the truth is that he didn't do anything illegal. GD did. Now, don't get me wrong, I still support GD and will continue to listen to his songs. Plagiarism isn't to reproduce a song exactly the same (that's a cover).

Once you steal a motif, developing a song becomes much easier - that's why legal constraints come in place. Looking at 'Heartbreaker', the juice of the song is the rapping for sure - the rest of the song is simple and less creative. Although I credit G-dragon for his genius in developing other people's ideas and making them better; this isn't going to be the future of Korean music - as a korean myself, I hope...
