Using others music on youtube shouldn't be seen as illegal, it should be seen as, if anything, a promotion. even if it is a joke.

Sony BMG said that they allow certain songs, they already have a list of songs you can and can't use...so when you have uploaded a video with their music, you'll get an message from youtube saying if you are allowed or not allowed to use that song!!
