Yes I do. The Police Dept. that I work for in Washington State treats all people and all crime equally. I have arrested and charged woman with domestic violence nearly as many times as I have with men. In this society as you said men and woman are created equal, so therefore their punishment for unlawful behavior should also be created equal.

I new a girl that started a fight with her boyfriend, started hitting him, kicking, acting a fool. All he did was grab her and hold her to the ground so she would stop and she called the police. They carted the GUY OFF TO JAIL. No one ever made her own up to that but he spent the night in jail.
I've been that guy in college. She was the sweetest girl. Looked very proper and nice. But she had a paranoia problem. I never even cheated on her and she used to go beating on me like that. I used to think it was funny at first. Later it got worse. And she was so fucken hot I didn't want to break up. And the fact that she looked so hot while beating me was at first a turn on.
It's only really a problem when they start launching projectiles at you. That's a problem.
