Lizzy, cared for each one on her show. She had a heart of gold. She did many great things outside of working. There was a blind woman, girl back during bewitched that her parents wrote Bill Asher and said they were going to be out there could she me Lizzy, Bill's office wrote back and said yes. Long story of it, on July 16 1969 they had the family out to their house. The girl said Lizzy was so down to earth, and spoke of how she go up early that morning to watch Apollo 11 take off for the moon

@trainsify You are right, Dick Sargent was the first choice, however I think he was under contract with another company and had to turn it down. Dick York and Lizzy did a run script and they hit it off, and Lizzy was sitting down and Dick York walked over to her and sit in her lap and said we are great together, you have to hire me. Bill Asher did on the spot, I thought Dick York was the better one, but loved them both. It was one of the best cast ever on one show. I am Bewitched foreverby Lizzy

I was born in 1965...honestly abc had the later seasons on at night but in milwaukee 5 days a week bewitched re-runs we on in the morning...(im norse pagan wiccan all my life because of bewitched!) so was so beautiful and normal...she was kind of a babysitter crush to me...i dated a girl at u.w. madison who almost was physically identical...i allmost married that girl in the 1980s...

Bewitched is an awesome show. I love ALL the actors and actresses on it. All very talented. I only wish they were all still alive today although Aggie would be about 110 yrs. lol. Dick York's story was one of the most appalling, saddest and heartbreaking story (sorry for repetition) ever. appaling even from a hollywwod level. Didn't bother Montgomery a bit and she was to him like a devil was to an angel and after all he left the show just as she has always wished. It has even occured to me that she might have been a real witch!!!!

York's story is sad but he also said if he was able to go back to hollywood he wouldn't have because he does more sitting in his house than he ever did in hollywood... The cast and crew helped him too.. I admit they shot some scenes that i thought were harsh.He said he has never met anyone who he hates or hates him

There is an interview with Dick York on YouTube where Dick tried to call her in the later years when he was dying and in a wheel chair. She never called him back. Don't know why she never took the time to say hello to her old friend.
