  • Goku laugh @ 5:02

  • lol runescape getting buttfucked by botters

  • ok grandad

  • thats bull botting bot rsbot got shut down they just renamed it and its now agein lol as powerbot

  • @chrisovgy1989 nope powerbot isnt working atm epicbot just released and update a week ago their bots are up so far so good they have free ones and pro ones wich you buy

  • @chrisovgy1989 He's talking about Nexus

  • annoying when i hear kids who say fuck bots. now most of them bot them selves and alot of us really dont want to spend 8 hours aday on runescape to train a skill. and the eco wasnt bad eaither. bots made pking supplies cheap. and bossing supplies cheap. insted of burning a hole in your pocket to do somthing you really want to do.

  • bots have been back since like 2 weeks after the supposably nuke

  • Runescape is d00med once again

  • Bots are back.....

  • Jagex failed

  • Could only think of borderlands while watching this.

  • I love it when I get information from someone old enough to make it seem cool while explaining it. :D

    Totally Subscribed ^^

  • Couldn't Jagex include in their Eula the provision to use third party information or even specific third party application developers information or third party application developers who broke the T's and C's to identify and penalize specific players.

  • One thing thats wrong in this video and one thing majority of people on RS doesnt understand is that they never got rid of 98% of bots. The 98% was the figure given to how many current people used the injection bots which the nuke was designed to take care of. There are still other types and the 2% was obviously going to grow.

Jagex definitely used this common misconception to their advantage though..

  • I think privacy is certainly the main issue here that could come back to bite them. RS has a predominantly young playerbase. A workmate of mines son plays for instance and grinds away to sell items for real money so will be interesting to see how that pans out. On the subject of privacy what is your opinion on Googles upcoming change in the youtube privacy policy, they're ability to recognise you anywhere on the web and stalk you with adverts, share info with CIA etc

  • @BogusDudeGW I give you an example of where there could be an issue, shared family pc, mum and dad out for the night, young 15 y/o takes opportunity to catch up on a bit of porn. Mum goes on next day and starts seeing porn adverts. I really don't like where its going, in some places like FB i'm the real me, in others like YT i'm BogusDude, i don't want them putting together in one box. And quite frankly i don't like my data trends being stored or someone trying to predict my next move

  • Someone has been experimenting with Cel Shading...

  • Frostmourne!! I want the sword, the lich king didn't deserve it but i do!

  • Normal mode is better

  • I didn't know you made cartoons.

  • scary about the lack of privacy

  • i'm happy with this news i can now play rs without botters!!!

  • @kblacklabel there are some other bots i am sure but is from different company or other player made and they still have to go for those ones but there be way more less botters now though

  • Camera or rendering screwed? video has a cartoon look to it :s

  • Markee!!! how can you not be playing StarWars The Old Republic? amazing storyline and casual, I know you're a starwars fan :)

  • @MMOLegend

This guy played UO back in the days.

Why the hell would he spend time on a themepark MMO that a retarded monkey could be successful in?

  • Did you drop your camera?

  • great info! bots vs humans

  • Jagex ruined their game years ago..

  • Hey Markeedragon have you heard anything about product placement in the new Blizzard MMO? Was wondering if you had any thoughts on that.

  • ha i used to play runescape alot. finally a vid about it!

  • Left the lube out again Marcus?

  • You would make an amazing cartoon character.

    Use the filter more!

  • w/e, nobody can stop bot's

  • awesome vid man

  • i used to use a runescape bot, i stopped years ago, now cant they ban my new current account that i never botted on?

  • @medicfrazier i dont think so!

  • Just noticed there's tonnes of immature comments so maybe i shouldn't of said that.. oh well. :D

  • Markees "Classic" MMO was Ultima Online, well mine was Runescape since 2004.

I will tell you the title of this video is plain wrong, they may have beaten 1 Botting company, and maybe it's a bit of an achievement to smash one botting company but.. if you had played as long as myself, you'd realise this did nothing.

There are so many, it's too late. They reverted back their perfect updates to remove Bots, to get them back and MILK them for every penny they have.. thus their recent whoring updates.

  • Runescape <3

  • I listened to the video in the background, but for some reason I cant stand watching videos with this "filter" type thing. I understand why you used it though.

  • RUNESCAPE FTW!!!!!!

  • I always thought that was an impressive filter.

  • Markee i'm not sure if you are aware of this but i thought i'd let you know because its very interesting, but Jacmob was a developer of RSBuddy which was previously the #1 bot client on RS, he soon realized he was damaging the game WAY too much and he went to runefest (in real life event jagex holds every year) and showed them the client, and then became a staff member of RS because Jagex needed his brains to to deal with the bots, strange that a person that damaged RS became apart of the staff

  • @ZomoorHD That usually happens to hackers, so why not bot-makers?

  • Runescape <3

  • WoW EULA without law terms: "Account is ours, we can ban you whenever we want without any reason."

  • To be honest, I'm surprised people are still playing that piece of shit, yet there is people making bots and taking it seriously too? Wow, those kids right there are the scum of this earth, half the kids playing RS are obese 15yr olds in a basement with no life at all, so I can't even imagine how pathetic the botters are.

  • @oBLACKIECHANoo WoW is pathetic or what ever u play, YOU PLAY WHAT U THINK IS FUN, dont be gayfaghomo srsly fuckhead go rape ur computer

  • @Kjelljoakim What a surprise, some sad cunt who actually defends one of the worst games on the planet, is a 14yr old virgin who can't even spell... HAHA.

  • so, what happens to the people that have bought a bot and jagex has there personal info?

  • OK instead of just complaining about the code give-aways, will give a suggestion of what you could do differently. Not only will it help people not get so frustrated but you will probably get more traffic to your vids as well. This is what Sxephil does, he uses a random comment. He takes all the comments and first picks a random page, than he picks a random number to comment on that page. They use a number generator to do the random search. I hope you at least consider this :)

  • Lol who still plays rune scape

  • @ArgentDawn55 i do umad?

  • I WANT THT SWORD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Looks like I'm officially done botting in Runescape.

    lol

  • what is on your screen my friend? XD nah man but u could have edited it out :P

  • I'm a huge Runescape fan (13 year Ultima Online vet), and I'm super excited you reported on this!

  • They killed my fun many months ago

  • do you like XBOX, Ps3, WII or PC?

  • I was actually hoping you would make a video about this just yesterday. Really strange coincidence.

  • It's funny because u do occasionally play RS. Funny thin though is bots are back... So fail Jagex.

  • After the release of this news, jagex stated that the information would still be kept a secret. only thing that would happen was that the ip and email of the user would be unable to use any of jagex's content. makes no sence, as these two things can easily be changed in 5 min, but whatever. i hope they know what they are doing against the subject of bots.

  • Also an example,i play Apb reloaded...last year i bought that game £40 just to see it shut down after a couple of days i owned it coz of massive hacking problem. That also caused Realtime World to go bankrupt. So you see how nefast hacking/boting/cheating of any sort can be,and that s without even mentionning the grief legit player get facing those peep who can see through walls and shoot you from 100 meters without missing a single shot.. So yeaaaa ban them all for all i care \o/

  • i don t play runescape, but still great to hear cheaters will get the hammer :D

Also MarkeeD am not sure i agree with you about that privacy matter on this one,if you re gonna cheat wether it be in a game or irl,you should be ready to face the consequence. And i can say am glad that that bot comapny is forced to give it s customer detail :P

  • No need to be worried about your payment information being handed out to Jagex, they gave everyone a 'free pass' after the nuke, them knowing you bought bots doesn't mean a thing.

  • Terms of service are not law, so the company should not be able to force a breach of privacy/data protection law based on a violation of their terms of service. I hope they find a way to remove every last bot from the games I play, but not this way, this is ridiculous.

I am honestly concerned that Jagex can force all the other stuff they did too - since when is using a program in a way a company dislikes reason to confiscate private property? EULAs and TOSs are getting way too powerful.

  • @Diamond1MX No, EULA's and TOS's are just were they need to be. You break the rules you deserve what happens. It makes the game much less appealing/playable which in turns costs the company millions. botters need to be scared, just like anyone who gives themselves a big illegal advantage.

  • @kingofgames35 You're suggesting that it's okay if you let a company or corporation write laws. You're also misusing the term 'illegal' as it doesn't apply. No company should be able to write laws or enforce them, especially since no EULA ever written was designed to be fair. A EULA is a contract, and usually an obfuscated one-sided contract that the company knows 99% of players agree to without reading or understanding the terms included.

  • @kingofgames35 bro i was always against botting intill i tried it hahaha its so much better just bot when ur sleeping XD

  • @092601abc I used it for Gnome obby course xD I was ready for almost any shortcut the next day :P

  • If all customer details are given out, does that mean I need to be worried about accounts?

  • I think if you violate the terms of service you stand to get whatever the company throws at you. You broke the rules, pay the price.

  • man the good old days of playing rs, this vid brought back alot of memories, spent alot of hours playing RS. cant believe thy really got rid of bots. i logged on not to long ago and now that bots are gone well almost gone the market has been affected drastically.

  • @Boges09 Bots are showing up more and more often now. They're slowly returning again. Hopefully jagex will take care of it again.

  • @kylemproductions wow i kinda figured that one, its not hard to make a new bot program, espc for RS.

  • @Boges09 Yeah, the other day a friend of mine showed a clip where he had went to green dragons and they were everywhere again.

  • @kylemproductions thats nuts, i miss killing bout out at greens, but i think i miss killing bots at the ranger guild even more, hopefully the new bot programs will mess up like the old 1s did and u can do it again.

  • I didn't even know what knight online was till i watched this video so i decided to look it up, since you're giving away codes (i'm still hoping to see some ETC). will be awesome if people start giving you codes to give away for promotional purposes

  • I've always loved RuneScape.

  • Cartoonized ftw

  • LOVE the ending clip! That made me laugh :)

  • I do not like this video effect...

    Good video info though :)

  • bout 60% of players were bots. gonna be alot of details.

  • to be honest they have not got rid of most of the bots i see atleast a 100 daily whilst my travel on runescape...

  • @chavmuffin

Honestly, Like 90% of the bots were eliminated but its growing slowly back again cause of new bot clients.

  • @SuperLeetdude I'm still using a bot that's 6+ years old :)

I try to avoid ruining other peoples experience so I only farm cash by making tabs/c'balls, then sell it.

  • The bots they eliminated are what are referred to as reflection bots. There are still bots which are 'coloured bots' they apparently arent as good but most botters have moved over to using them

  • I'm kind of surprised you're talking about RS, not complaining.

  • @RobertWilfredFoxton What is so supriseing, RS is a kinda a big game as fare as mmorpgs go.

  • why the filter?

  • @psykstryk, Post recording I realized I had something showing in the video I should not allow the public to see. The cartoon obfuscates what I did not want seen. :)

  • @markeedragon porn

  • @markeedragon have you ever considered rerecording videos? xD

  • @markeedragon Hiding your favorite porn site address from us? Now that's mean :(

  • @markeedragon If its something on the computer screen, maybe a simple blur effect over it would have worked better, just saying xD

  • @markeedragon Is it a bong? Time for Wheres Wally markeedragon Edition
