They don't give a fuck about their customers. as long as they pay, LL is happy.

Instead of dealing with the real issues it's "residents" has to deal with on a daily base, they come up with one useless gimmick after the other no one really asked for. No, it's easier to create pop up's with one exuse after another, like they do care but in fact they don't give a damn.
