The more people live in such neighbourhoods, the propensity people compete with their neighbours displaying high status artifacts, such as luxury cars, mansions, yachts and conspicuous clothing. These so called rich ain't well off as far as building wealth is concerned. They are high income earners who spend profligately on material items. The wealthy are thrifty, frugal & save well over 20% of their earned income.

This is interesting. For $20-$40 million, there's no telling how many of those things you could sell on the open market to normal people. Sure, you'd have to duck under every doorway, but you can live in one of these things. A lot of people would rather have one of these than some junker that costs $400,000.

This is interesting. For $20-$40 million, there's no telling how many of those things you could sell on the open market to normal people. Sure, you'd have to duck under every doorway, but you can live in one of these things. A lot of people would rather have one of these than some junker that costs $400,000.

Not all of them are perfect but who is? Let them enjoy their money the way they wish if they earned it legally. when i was a little kid my fateher had one of thease built for me it was so mutch fun to have running watter a real oven i loved it i am now 14 and my play house was torn down because i got to big now in its spot we have a house for our three dogs it has four bed rooms and a kitchen and a living room and marbel floors i will miss the days of when i was a kid

These playhouses are ridiculous. I mean they are really spoiling their children by buying that. My dad wouldn't even buy me any of those mini cars that kids were driving around back in the day! But, honestly I'm not jealous. Being rich has its perks but these people sound very stuck up and envious. Buying play houses just to make your neighbors jealous is really silly and may backfire in the long run when your kids start asking and expecting you to get everything they want.
