It might have been more meaningful to have shown pictures of happy people who were very plain or ordinary looking. Most of the people you showed in the last section were fairly good looking people. Also, comparing old people who had plastic surgery to erase the effects of aging doesn't really drive your point home as much as say showing Michael Jackson before & after.
Maybe another reason for people wanting one is because other jerks tell them they're ugly and whatnot. So, to make it stop, they get plastic surgery. They have it stuck in their heads that this is the only way to be accepted and feel pretty. I can say that I am a victim of that, though I am not considering this solution.

Good positive message at the end. Just a shame that I felt so manipulated and preached at by then that cosmetic surgery actually seemed quite appealing. Seriously, there are all sorts of good reasons to argue against cosmetic surgery and resorting to piously guilt-tripping anyone who feels like they need it with off-topic images of tragedy is not the way to go about it.

outside i was very beautiful...when i was 23 i was in a car wreck that messed up the right side of my face.. i didnt have a lower eye lid and had 2 wait a year before they could start reconstuctive surgery...i had 2 learn the hard way that if all u have 2 get u what u want is ur beauty then u dnt have much..... i had to look under my skin 2 find out who i was... and that car wreck became one of the biggest blessings in my life what i learned from it is way more precious than any worldly beauty

You are half stupid, you know. I was ok with your video, a bit boring, but making a point . But then you start all calling happy people that doesn`t need surgery. I don`t know if you realize, that almost everybody on the pictures were or beautifull people or arrenged photos from advertizing, feautiring..yeah! Models!. So you pretty much turn around on your own concept and declarated the beautifull people happy. AHHH; what was the point you were trying to make????

@Gimena810575 He was trying to say that so many disasters happen with cosmetic suregry becuase people dont love who they are. they need to wake up and say I"m beautiful because I know im very fortunate because I could have been born with a foot sticking out of my freakin head for all I know. Good positive message at the end. Just a shame that I felt so manipulated and preached at by then that cosmetic surgery actually seemed quite appealing. Seriously, there are all sorts of good reasons to argue against cosmetic surgery and resorting to piously guilt-tripping anyone who feels like they need it with off-topic images of tragedy is not the way to go about it.

outside i was very beautiful...when i was 23 i was in a car wreck that messed up the right side of my face.. i didnt have a lower eye lid and had 2 wait a year before they could start reconstuctive surgery...i had 2 learn the hard way that if all u have 2 get u what u want is ur beauty then u dnt have much..... i had to look under my skin 2 find out who i was... and that car wreck became one of the biggest blessings in my life what i learned from it is way more precious than any worldly beauty

ok, if I were weighing 120 lbs. and had surgery to lose the excess skin,to look good, then I have to say that I will not be as happy. Think of the upkeep you have to have to keep your body in shape. Think of the make-up to buy. The creams to look younger, and keep skin firmer. The boob surgery... the upkeep of botox. There is a reason it is called "Bo TOX." Short for Botulism Toxin, this is not one to keep in your body. How much ya wanna bet that in 20,30,40 years it will cause cancer?
