I was raised in a christian background, by a preacher actually. I'm sure it is known what i was taught of Islam...nothing good. Thanks to the help of good people, i am able to look for myself. Everything is beautiful. The level of Islamic devotion is unsurpassed. The beauty of true Islam is more than i can put into words. That's what I see every single day. Your situation is in the minority. While I'm happy for you, it doesn't change my view on his religion, because the actions of these people aren't via extremism. They're simply following the word as written. And that's the real difference between it and Christianity, Christians aren't cutting people's heads off in the name of God currently.
