@GypsyHotRod I don't know, a police officer actually stopped us, and checked out our lobsters, and didnt say anything about the 300ft., so i dont know what to tell you.

@GypsyHotRod false info you are thinking about being 300FT from an inlet not the bay.

@GypsyHotRod @29brandon93 Nope, not completely true. You have to be 200 feet from any residental area or business and that is only during mini season. After Mini season you can catch them within business and residental areas. So no laws broken.
