Interesting, however I've found that results of DiSC tests are somewhat inaccurate. I did the test (for a job) and the results are not representative of my personality, I asked a friend to take the test, she agrees with me, results are not accurate.
I took the PDA Profile test, and I found it more accurate and easier to complete. In fact, I was able to "decode" the DiSC test, so I know exactly how answers modify the scores. Feel free to contact me via private message if you want to know how.
