  • 4 cylinder boxer engine, not flat 4.

  • @CSKAwrestling Its says in the tags

  • if u want a car with great finish and interior buy a bmw. Many people who have driven this car have always complained about the interior.

  • This Guy is a DumbAss.!

  • nobody buys a sti for the interior or the back seat room. they buy it for the power of the engine, awd, and the tunability of the engine, suspension, etc. and im pretty sure that most of the people that buy this car will do some off roading or autocross.

  • dude youre dumb. you should have gone with a regular impreza. and btw, that controls the throttle response and center differential, not the AWD system. plus, go buy some fucking pillows and tape them to the inside if you want something soft to touch.

  • dude youre dumb. you should have gone with a regular impreza

  • Leave the freakin interior alone. sheesh its just fine

  • Yo why is voices sound like gay

  • @Aaron509213

yeah, he sounds like a fat lesbian chick or something...

  • I hate pancake engines!!

  • the spiel on how the interior is hard and unpleasant to look at is some what expected with a car whos purpose is rally racing so when it comes to having a car with interior buy one that is meant to to be a DD i own a 08 STI hatch and love it i didnt buy it for the interior what so ever because i was expecting the interior to be amazing quality this is a enthusiast car not a grocery getter

  • @playskoolonacid i see it differently tho. The car has its rally racing roots, but 90%+ who own this car wont do no such rally racing, street racing, or do general off-road things with it. Most will see a few inches of snow or face an unpaved road at best. I consider that if a fully loaded model approaches the $40K, a more upscale interior ought to be offered. Of course for those who will use their Subie's capabilities to the fullest, offer a package with a more rugged interior.

  • @Intechdude300 What he's trying to say is, teams take this car and rip it apart for rally, a lot more than you think. It's like getting into a Dodge Viper SRT12 and complaining about how you have no A/C. Most people who are buying a STi will not be buying it for it's "luxurious interior". That's for Acura or Lexus.

  • @YakattakExit Also weight reduction.

  • @intechdude300 I hear you there mate. The interior could really put this car on another level and I am hoping it will not take subaru too much longer to realize that. Cheers.

  • You are so ignorant when it comes to these cars. You don't purchase this car for the interior or center console, you buy it for the engine. Also it is called a hood scoop and SI drive. You are too caught up with picking apart the interior rather than checking out the engine. I am not trying to be rude but I think you missed the whole idea and concept of the STI and it is a shame. Cheers.

  • @drtbiker5607 I here ya, but thats the perspective from a subie fan & you're right. Tho you must consider that 95% of viewers of this video or who have heard of Subaru aren't aware of the true uniqueness of the brand & just concentrate on everything else.

Similar thing with most Nissan owners who dont know what a CVT is & just think they have an automatic that just shifts differently.

Personally, I love this car & it's engine. But for its price, the interior ought to be more upscale IMO

  • Your Camara Sucks.

  • @intechdude300 how much are the car payments per month?

cause this is my dream car, i would rather have this over a Bugatti any day

  • @IRushSanta This car was at auction so I can't tell you :( But I can say that if you intend on buying one to then finance it, it depends on what the car costs, what you put down, & interest.

  • how is the space inside of it? how tall are you how do you fit

  • @mikeypk11 I'm 6,1. Up front is fine, but if you you're as tall or taller, person sitting behind you would likely be pissed off in terms of legroom lol

  • This guy must be pretty dumb, Hes complaining about sharp edges and low cost materials used on the interior... I dont even wanna finish this comment iam so mad.

  • @computer188 Sorry for being too opinionated :P Only thing I like of these is how sweet the boxer engine sounds when pushed

  • @Intechdude300

    Understandable, sorry for being harsh.

  • can i have this car hahaha

  • @zharper93 LOL, yeah that boxer engine on these STI's are Oh so sweet when revved

  • @Intechdude300 im definitely saving up for one of these

  • dont pop revs and then shut the engine, future owner wouldnt be pleased

anyway good review thanks mate for that, going to get one of those subbies

  • Usually those mpg computer in vehicles are off 1-2 mpg so the actually mpg is probably 17-18 which is outrageous for a car this size, albeit having a powerful engine. And were is the oil pressure gauge? I think some of these were pushing nearly $40,000!, that kind of money and Subaru couldn't include a full set of gauges. Doesn't seem you get a lot of bang for your buck with this car.

  • @abram7117 You my good sir are retarded! You are paying for the upgraded suspension, brembo brakes, 6 speed manual, AWD FTW, 2.5 turbo flat 4 with 305 bhp, adjustable center differential, HID headlights, and the Subaru name. Also you get the practicallity of a hatch and AWD for a VERY liveable car. Oil pressure gauge and boost gauges can be installed aftermarket for around $300 which if you can afford a STI you can put $300 if you really want some more gauges. Have a good life being a tardbear!

  • @SparkSilver2011STI I made that comment about 3 weeks ago, Its obvious you don't get my point or maybe your just a Subaru fan boy. I have test driven a few Subaru products and I find them to be inferior vehicles when compared to the competition. Thats my opinion(other ppl think that too) if you don't like it...... GET OVER IT!

  • @abram7117 Cool story bro.

  • YEAH BUDDY! Heard about 2000 of these this weekend.

  • have you bin in EVO X it is like BIG SHIT

  • @MrGTR1988

I do have a 2011 Evo which I have yet uploaded. Still want get other vids out of the way first. And yes the interior in those are terrible, Tho I loved how the engine sounded.

  • those map lights/ lighting fixtures are basically the same exact ones in my cousin's 96 Maxima...

  • @toyota4life94

Fixed it, just so used to typing in auto lol

  • i love subies! this one even has a mpg read out!

  • i love the older gen's of WRX's, at least in how they look. but i love them all really. very nice cars and you can use them year round just about anywhere in the world.

  • I could move with this car... Despite the cheap interior, I still love the sedan and hatch.. I saw a WRX Sedan on the road and I nearly fell out of the car staring at how sexy it looked lol. At least it's not as bad as a crappla

  • I like these. A lot.

  • what did that guy say to you at the end? l.ol

  • @DJxSKETCH

    Nothing haha

  • Definitely best exhaust sound compared to any other car.. those idiots that put an exhaust to a honda civic thats the size of a whales penis should actually listen to this.

  • I am shocked that SubieSean didn't leave a comment yet!

  • @carman81usa I believe he is on a road trip.

  • haha that guy @ 8:21 stopped to enjoy the sweet sound.
