Undeclared, therefor unconstitutional, wars in far-flung fiefdoms are fought against nonexistent armies. The U.S. is prosecuting a war in Afghanistan? Against what army? Against roadside bombs?

@PersonOfBook That lady didn't know how to communicate with the chimp. She would grin at it, and it thought she was threatening it. If someone was constantly acting threatening towards you, you might lash out eventually too. Jane knew what she was doing, so she was in about as much danger as she would have been amongst humans.
