Good thing it was waterproof... :) I have a couple suggestions/requests: • point the camera parallel to the ground, i.e. you can see the horizon, etc. • fill the balloons with *just* enough helium to keep it in the air, but so it doesn't rise, and drop it from a very high building.

It's much more complex than you think. These guys have done this all over the world and have taken into account all of your suggestions and hundreds more. The conditions in Naples were HORRIBLE! Checkout some of their other projects to see what's possible.

No, I completely understand! I'm an avid watcher and subscriber too. I just haven't seen any that follow my ideas specifically, hence my suggestion.
