That is how I have it set, and it does run 24/7. Once you get used to it, you would' nt have it any other way. Especially for a clock that costs as much !
The night off feature, where it is off between 10 PM and 7 AM is for visitors, or people within ear shot trying to sleep.
Very nice grandfather clock. I do have a question though: if the left switch is on the strike position and the right switch is on the chimes position (Westminster/St. Michael/Whittington), does it chime and strike 24 hours a day? Just curious.
