  • I fält är dem hur goda som helst, men hemma så smakar dem riktigt illa... tycker iallafall jag! :D

  • men svenska grön/gul påse e oxå gott;)

  • @iLeyMixxor Det är denna som kallas grönpåse... :P

  • 2:39, yeah thats what she said.

  • When i served in Norway, my leutenant gave each trooper a box of these...I got fish(!) :P I tried to give the whole thing away, but no one wanted it, haha.

  • I love this field rations - im from norway, most of this taste decent. Some nasty ones but. lots of calories

  • You guys speak great English.

  • When I eat those, I don't care about that white mark, just fill untill you think it's enough and you're done. The more water the better, because then you also get more water in your body and you'll have to drink less to keep your body moving.

  • 2:14 so i glucckheu! lol

  • @TheDaviniumXX Don't you mean messy? =)

  • Where can you buy Norwegian rat packs from?

  • @TheCrushpanzer Try your local hunting/adventure store.

  • @NorthlandShooter In england?

  • @TheCrushpanzer Never know until you try. The companies web address is in the Description box now so you can find out more if you want.

  • @NorthlandShooter Hmm, they look quite tasty! I will go ask when I go to my army surplus store again!

  • haha

  • Closing it and shaking it a little for then to stir it some more is probably a good idea, too.

  • "that sounds logical" warcrat 3 blood elf engineer o.O

  • Hehe, from Starcraft. I belive it's the wraith fighter that says that after reciving an order. =)

  • but the blood elf engineer from warcraft 3 also says that! :P

  • Yeah, now that I think about it, I think you're right! =)

  • yepp ^^, i have

  • @ stirer,

there are these flaps on the bottom you should unfold so the bottom becomes flat so you can stir properly :P

and to your comment about the metric system:

Three nations (out of the entire world!) have not officially adopted the International System of Units (metric) as their primary or sole system of measurement: Liberia, Myanmar and the United States.

so its your own F-ing fault! :P its you who can`t understand the 24 hour day concept and systems based on counting to 10s XD

  • Actually, we (USA) HAVE officially adopted the metric system. We just don't use it. Figure THAT one out! :)

  • Well at least your military seems to have enough sense to use the metric system actively. =)

  • The wors one of em is "Royal Thai"

    Pasta Provance is awesome

  • Royal Thai is pain in a little packet.

It would be good if the wolf-fish didn't taste of rot.

Anyway, Beef and potato stew is the best one, the wild-stew and beef stew are number 2, other than that, everything but fish and the fish is the worst. Royal Thai is just an abomination.

  • @KillaHaakon Thumbs up, i personally dont think that Royal thai were the worst. but the dild marinated shrimps YUCK!

But it got better when i got s beef stew and chili con carne later on the week.

just... for the love of god sake... STAY AWAY FROM ANYTHING that comes from the sea in these packs.

  • wish they made the usa rations in 3 parts lol

  • Norwegian rations are a 24-hr pack, same as the UK MOD ones... American praxis is to supply combat meals, apart from the FSR.

So - what you get here is what's in 3 MREs.

  • Ya, I was bidding on a russian mre on ebay. the kind that comes with the fold up stove and fire tabs.

  • CAUTION: Most who have tried the Russian Ration have said it is gross - WAY too much fat in the meat....
