Hi gianna 1989 by the way in the ufo vid i was not saying these were balloons,they are in no way balloons,i have read ufo reports before detailing this type of ufo it is the first time i have ever seen it captured on video..

Anyone cared to verify if the two different persons supposed to have filmed this really exist or are related in any way ?
Unless there is a carefull investigation on who this people are there is no way I am going to believe this as genuine... because this images could quite easily have been faked.
My personal guess is that these are ballons... it would not be the first time Mexico's ufo hoaxes.
@TristanTheSaint Yea you could well be right i was thinking the same thing,untill it got to the bit near the end of the vid,i just dont think crazy mexican fakers can do that sort of thing with balloons not unless mexico has some black project balloon thing going on lol.
well this is how I would do it: get some nitrogen filled ballon that can contain about 50 small balloons.
attach each balloons to a rope: on each extremity with an nitrogen filled balloon, other balloons filled with hot air. One of the extremity ballons has a weight.
Use some device to release the small balloons: with adequate weather conditions you would see the same as the video then release the principal ballon then the small ones will explode once high enough.
