Well you could use spears which is the easiest way to kill them..

or you could use archers with flaming arrows to make them panic and get rid of them that way..or use horse archers theyre fast and shoot a lot of arrows..

I wouldnt recommend going head on with elephants with muskets like i did LOL..

but i had horse archers so that helped a bunch...
