go to the Web and type in the name epsflamechef and check it out - you can e-mail me fromt the web site or type the email address in yourself and it will go to me, thank you, Mike Andersen
Nice cooker, I can not believe this was three years ago, and I only seen this now. Too bad, andersonsolar(com), is nonexistent, how are we suppose to order it? Has any one done a rotisserie chicken or roast? Love it, I have five solar cookers, now.
@HoWilliam50 Hi, Due to the movement of the sun in the sky, it is best if you rotate the cooking pot every 20 minutes unless you are using the rotisserie.
One question: In relation to storage, do you currently make a cover for it, or some sort of protective covering for when it is not in use (since you showed what it can do to cardboard, it could feasible do something to wood if it was facing it)?
@Mikeinflorida1 I feel like it would be easier to just put a spring in there and wind it up like a clock. Gear the spring so that it only needs to be wound maybe once an hour or so
HMMM, at my lat/long that reflector has enough surface area for about 1.5kw of power. Call it a 1500 watt equivalent toaster oven.
Heck do it right and you could probably use a bunch of these in the backyard to heat wateer for the shower and radiators in the house. Put some sort of steam motor in the line and you could get some electricity........
The manufacturer of this product is looking for a few good dealers- do you have what it takes to be a great dealer of this product- learn the capabilities of this new product and become amazed at your potential long term profits- selling this great equipment. call 8006356106 for more info
Consider the facts about cooking with a full sized reflector that will totally cook your foods to the extent you won't have to worry about your food and was it fully cooked this system seems to have the Horse power to get the job done right- the first time.
Why doesn't it have a an equatorial mount so you don't have to change the elevation (except a few times a year)? That would would also let you motorize the mount so you would not need to change the angle every 20 minutes.
Dont forget to charge battery for turner :D

Isn't it harmful to stand in front of the reflector?
mullah666 2 years ago
No all the light and energy are going into the focus where stuff is cooking.
