yes, that's actually a fairly common swap.

194 kph ? 3rd gear dyno's don't really give you true power of the engine, 1:1 gear ratio is needed. It's also better to tune the motor under higher load too.

the dyno is a MAHA LPS-3000 and that is with

4th gear in the transmission 1:1 gear ratio.
