This guy is a REDSKIN now... damn, 4.26 is FAST... but skins already have portis, betts, and cartwright and I think I'm missing another. He'd be a nice punt returner though cause Randel El is avg on punt returns and skins don't like to risk injuring Moss returning punts. Could be a nice signing for skins.

There's no way that's a legit 4.26. That's about what Deion ran at the combine. I've watched Anthony quite a few times and he can fly, but 4.26 is unbelievable.
