  • @84Terminator yeah he has improved alot his arms are almost 2 inches bigger and his back looks pretty beast now hes not lean atm tho cus he is gonna be in a competition so he is trying to gain as much muscle as he can

  • if you want mass, i would recommend training 2 major muscles for a workout. dont train your whole body every workout.

    do like shoulders arms, back chest, legs. then shoulders arms again.

    take about 2 days off to relieve and heal a specific muscle.

    the biggestt thing is dont cheat in the gym.

    train the muscle and push it. dont over train, but make it work and sore.

    as Arnold said : the last few hard reps is what actually builds the muscle

  • He looks about the same build as me right there, and I weigh in at 171lbs. I am 5'10, don't body build just regular workout at the gym. When I did a month of actual body building I maxed out at 186lbs, of 4 day a week body building, large weight as many reps as I could, and used supplements. Now I just eat right.

  • Hey man, I've been checking out some of your videos and your knowledge is pretty solid. You seem to have a good grasp of basic principles in diet and training and that alone will take you further than most. Keep lifting heavy and piling on the clean food and you will grow with time.

  • Yes I do have plans, this is from early october, since than I have gained more weight, so things are going good the back is doing great, allot more pullups/pulldowns!

    Im around 217 right now!

  • looking good man, you need to work on your back width, its very thick but not wide.

  • couldnt agree more! this is almost 3 months old, I will put a new vid up soon, i put a focus on the width of my lats and i believe I got some good results!

  • @barthelfitness I found the best way to get a wider back was to start your back workout off with the widening exercise like chins, pulldowns, and overhead dumbell extensions (my favourite)

  • yea chest has been a focus along with lats..ill be sure to post a new video soon because I do believe i have a more "filling look" on the chest (this video is about a month old) I am around 9% give or take

    I have a strong chest, just throwing more presses in, used to do allot of flies...
