Trapeze is much harder than you would think. At my high school we have a movement class and we do trapeze for the whole first semester and we are still doing the basics and we started at the beginning of September. It take ridiculous amounts of upper body and core strength.

What is dangerous? Uh, perhaps the fact that she swinging OVER the audience while her male partner (Who is almost certainly twice her weight) is hanging underneath being held simply by her foot under his next and clenched between his legs WHILE they're spinning and swinging around. :| Yeah, coz like .... at no point is it possible for him to fly off and break his neck or possibly those of the people sitting underneath. *rolls eyes*

the last drop in the silk is definitely not that dangerous. It is just a nice effect, but not dangerous at all.
