I recently bought a XBox 360 Elite and the console wants me to Update it so i can play Forza Motorsport 3 and Halo 3 ODST

And on the forums i have read the a "summer Update" was realeased (IDK when) which blocks your Xbox from being hacked

So what i am trying to figure out is which update are FZ 3 and HALO on so i know if i can play the games i have bought, and if there is a hack that can hack any kind of Update...
