@noktiis There may be a couple reasons the noodles are sticking. The soaking water might be too hot. Also, instead of letting them soak 20 to 30 min, they may only need 10 to 15 min depending on the brand. Keep checking them after about 10 min to see if they're "al dente."

I do all of my frying outside simply b/c I'm a neat freak. I don't like the grease in the house :) I do cook all of my braised, steamed, and of course baked dishes inside.
@noktiss add sesame oil to your noodles right after you drain them :)
