  • Hey! Have you heard about - fast abs magic (just google it)? Ive heard some great things about it and my GF got detailed 6 pack abs and lost a ton of fat with it.

  • I've been studying the topic of weight loss for about 10 years now (I'm a personal trainer for a living) so I think I can shed some light on the topic.

    HOW TO LOSE FAT

    1) Cut out carbs in the evenings (eat "low glycemic" carb sources in the day).

    2) Choose the exercises that burn the most calories (NOT sit ups and curls). Squats, Lunges, Pull Ups etc. are great examples.

    3) Use the software and meal plans from FatLossCustomized. com

    4) Perform high intensity interval training.

  • I have a 6 pack and I'm 13 but my main secret was eating vegetables and fruit and train everyday like as i always do 150 sit ups in the morning, and ALWAYS DRINK YOUR MILK BEFORE GOING TO BED.

    Simples :) *Sqeak*

  • waist twist 2 sets, 50 reps leg raises 4 sets, 25 reps sit up twist 4 sets, 25 reps roman chair sit up 4 sets, 25 reps frog kicks 4 sets, 15 reps leaning twists 2 sets, 50 reps side bends 4 sets, 15-20 reps rest 1 minute between each set do this every day or every other day and eat right, high protein intake 30 mins after and bang, u have abs in a month or so you may not see them but they are there, if ur fat do cardio to remove the layer of fat over your abs to reveal them, job done!

  • Lower abs?

    How the hell does that work? The rectus abdominus is one muscle. It shortens across it's length like all muscles and it's responsible for flexing the lumbar spine.

    You can't work the 'lower abs' any more than you can work upper or lower calf.

    Why can't people posting this rubbish get some decent qualifications or at least read a book on how the body works...

  • @CCPbass Dear dipshit. it's a similar concept to working your upper and lower bicep. want to see some proof? a guy with a massive peak and huge gap isolates upper bicep alot. just like a guy who does tons of traditional crunches is gonna have a six pack and not an eight pack like all of us real men want

  • @CCPbass Dude, its pretty much working the belly fat OFF your lower abdominal. and when you do an exercise, say like, crunches, your working the top half of your abs. Just like when you work out your biceps, if you do a curl one way it helps make your bicep longer, then when you do it another way, you make it wider. Do you get what I'm saying?

  • @CCPbass yes it is one muscle. Not to defend this video but you also have to take into consideration that each sarcomere (segment which muscle is divided)is ultimately the cause of the movement necessary. So due to the proprioception that one might poccess over another via motor units. It would be possible to "work" your lower rectus abdominis or should I say train and develop more control vs. upper rectus abdominis.

  • @CCPbass Okay, go do this exercise, and if you honestlly dont get ANY workout from it, tell me. Maybe he sucks at anatomy but he's just trying to help. I mean look at the guy, hes ripped. This should work your abs, because its pulling on your stomach muscles when you bring up your knees. Not attempting to argue with you, you seem like you know your stuff. But at least give the guy credit for the fact that this will tone your stomach.

  • @CCPbass dude leg raises are pretty well known for working the lower abs.. dunno wtf the ruler is for but yeah :p bruce lee's flag leg raise's work better though:D

  • @moosa17 for one, working your muscles burns calories and when you burn more calories than you take in, your body will start burning fat as well. That gets rid of the belly fat, and when you exercise your muscles you're tightening them, which firms the skin around the muscles.

  • Subscribed. Watched a lot of your vids this morning and found exercises to add to my routine. Trying to lose weight before spring (beach season). Started w/ diet and light exercise, and I lost 25lbs from the end of Sept/beginning of Oct (It's 11/12/10 today). I see my results from just what I've been doing so far, so I'm excited to challenge myself and see how much more I can accomplish.

  • This may work, (Havent tried it yet) But i herd when you put your legs that low, its more of a hip flexer then actually working your lower abs.. Is that true? explain please..

  • @12lacy34 No, because your not working your hips. This can do something for the back of your thighs, and also burns fat on the love handles. It's great for a lot of things.

  • awesome. u've got a solid point on the ruler. if the lower back isn't against the floor then your position has changed and you would be working out upper abs more than anything. keep em comin.

  • This is good advice when using the ruler, heck anything small and flat will work.

    I always have a hard time not arching my back, i will try holding my legs higher.

    the tendons and muscles in your hips probably aren't strong enough

    try stretches for the hip area (find some on google) and for strength, lie on your side and lift the leg on top up and bring it back down 10 times for 3 cycles and do it with the other leg too

    it'll hurt at first but it'll get better as the muscles get stronger

  • its so you know your lower back is still touching the floor so you get a better work out. your back should never come off the the ruler while doing this and if it does then try putting your legs higher

  • I went from eating probably over 3,000 calories a day to not even a fraction of that, and over the Summer I began to work out a lot harder. So pretty much just eat healthier and work out.

  • Yeah i think what ur doing is correct. But try workin with some more challengin work out. pm me when u get those abs.

  • it's just a case of getting rid of all the fat, even if it looks like you have no fat there there is most likely a very thin layer, just a 10mintues of cardio a day should burn it off in a few weeks or so (if you're training through the week aswell)

  • i finally got the six pack and i still ate hamburgers and junk food. i know if would handn't eat fat food i would have got my six pack soone. but its hard to avoid it bec ause it tates good. and this exercise does work too. i reccomend it

  • The Ruler Is There To Assist Your Back From Curving Off The Floor.
