Looks like a fun neighborhood,you lucky dog ! You guys have great taste in music too. I'm not bragging , but I saw Neil do this at the Bitter End in NY in the 60s with an audience of about 35 people. All my friend and I wanted was a drink in an underground cafe and we ended up watching Neil, and finding out that they didn't serve booze. Not a bad tradeoff though.
