Unfortunately the main thing this video highlights is the biggest problem with Assault Squad and that is team stacking.

Unless a way is found to balance games the already small following is unlikely to grow.

I don't think you would be able to get such a powerful start in a more balanced game. It looks like this was an extremely stacked game of pros against newbies. If it was more even, I don't think you'd be able to cover such great distance and capture so many flags in the beginning.

The best way to keep up in the late game with Japan is to take advantage of their amazingly unorthodox yet efficient artillery.

@JewishKamikaze could you give some examples? ive been having a lot of problems with artillery since I got the game yesterday. Especially with the 75mm. In the 2 games ive used the 75mms I have at no point been able to get them to fire, even when an enemy half track drove 15m in front of one

i agree with you it is very sad but we all try to do it. If theres anything people hate is being competent but being stuck with someone who doesnt what theyre doing. Its frustrating as hell. But this is why i'm putting up these vids. its not to show that i can beat noobs when my team is stacked, its to help the "noobs" get better at the game.

This is especially true playing as the US, I couldn't hit and penetrate Japanese tanks with 2-3 shots, yet they would always land their shots, penetrate and rape from max distance. @_@

my bad... was just making an assumption. I just read up on them. Apparently 166 of them were made between 1944 and 1945 in preparation for the Allied invasion that never came. None of them were used in combat apparently. Never knew! The same goes for the Chi To and Chi Ri. Never used in combat. Then again a strong airforce was probably more vital in the island hopping game than sturdy tanks.
