Well, there are a number of tunnels in Europe (Roosendaal the Netherlands - the one in the video, Paris France, Bedford UK, Airkix dunno where in the UK, and probably some others as well) and there are several in the US (Eloy AZ, Paraclete NC, Perris CA, Orlando FL, etc).
Cost differs greatly. €20 / min in Roosendaal to like $15 / min = €10 / min in Eloy...
