How can she gain 2 pounds in a week when she is on a 1200 calorie diet?! She probbaly need around 2000 calories, and to gain 2 pounds she would need to eat 3000 cal a day - Which is hard in the long run!
@eizhowa your weight is always fluctuating. try weighing yourself in the morning and in the evening and you see. it is also totally normal to gain weight in the first days or the first week after you change your diet because your metabolism must first adapt to it. also those 2 lbs dont have to be body fat, could just be a lot of water she drank or her body stored. maybe she wanted a low starting weight and consumed very little before the first weighing. :)
@eizhowa some common sense is not so common as you might think.. you seem to know a lot about calories and diet, but not everyone does. also this is a product for television, so you can consider parts of it as scripted. they could have added this to get some "drama" in the serie, as the audience never got to see the numbers on the scale it would be possible to manipulate them. but I'm just guessing here. maybe she just expected faster results, what do I know?! :)
@1009541074brb I think I calculated her approx. calorie intake, and ended up at 1200-1500 calories, which isn't really that much. Crisps have a low density.
If you think about it, 600kcal for a lunch is not that much. If you eat 1500kcal in a day, which is a good amount for an adult woman, then you still have 900kcal left for breakfast and dinner. Just don't snack. 300kcal for dinner, another 600kcal for breakfast.
i just googled zinger burgers and it came out they have about 490 calories, some sites say 280 witch i think is untrue cause a large chicken breast has that amount... but then if you google zinger TOWER burger, witch only difference is you have the potato patty, comes out at 710 calories !! whopping difference, and if you have fries with it, at 410 cal, yu could easily skip them and have another bruger:P hehe, my advice, Zinger burger,no mayo,no potato,bbq instead and skip fries;)
will you put other episodes of that?could you do it as soon as possible,or maybe you could tell me where i could watch it?because I REALLY love it and want to watch other episodes,but I cant find it anywhere =( T.T
