he's got the weapon mod cheat on, hence why the screen is red around the borders. that's not pain causing that.. it's a feature that makes all the weapons have special properties.

yeah.. i hadn't realized there's a Weapon Mod skull chillin' in that level.... then again, he is definitely cheating because the Weapon Mod pickup doesn't last that long.. Tarot only last 40 seconds maxed, right? which'd mean that the Weapon Mod would've run out before then... o.0
